1. Who we are1. Quiénes somos

NorthBridge is a business automation and training company based in Quito, Ecuador, operating through the practices Cinderella (data and workflows), Hermes (client communication), Socrates (AI training) and PerceptFolio (quantitative research), with a real estate practice in preparation. "We", "us" and "NorthBridge" mean all of these. "You" means the person or business using this site or our services. NorthBridge es una empresa de automatización y capacitación con sede en Quito, Ecuador, que opera a través de las prácticas Cinderella (datos y flujos), Hermes (comunicación con clientes), Socrates (capacitación en IA) y PerceptFolio (investigación cuantitativa), con una práctica de bienes raíces en preparación. "Nosotros" y "NorthBridge" se refieren a todas ellas. "Tú" es la persona o negocio que usa este sitio o nuestros servicios.

This site is informational. Prices, plan contents and descriptions are published in good faith and can change; what binds us is what we agree with you in writing, not what a marketing page said in a given month. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance on its own. Este sitio es informativo. Los precios, contenidos de planes y descripciones se publican de buena fe y pueden cambiar; lo que nos obliga es lo que acordamos contigo por escrito, no lo que dijo una página de marketing en un mes determinado. Please don't attempt to break into, overload, scrape at damaging volume, or interfere with this site or the systems behind it, and don't use it to do anything illegal. 3. Plans, billing and cancellation3. Planes, facturación y cancelación

4. The 30-day money-back guarantee4. La garantía de devolución de 30 días

If, within 30 days of the start of your first month on any plan, you decide it isn't for you, email us and we refund that month in full. We don't ask you to justify it and we don't require you to prove anything. The guarantee applies once, to the first month of a plan, and not to later months or to a re-subscription after cancelling. 5. What we build, and who owns it5. Lo que construimos, y de quién es

Workflows we build for you live in accounts you own, typically your own n8n account. The workflows themselves, the configuration, and your data are yours. If you leave, they keep running and you keep them; we don't hold them hostage and there is nothing to migrate. Los flujos que construimos para ti viven en cuentas que tú posees, normalmente tu propia cuenta de n8n. Los flujos, la configuración y tus datos son tuyos. Si te vas, siguen funcionando y te los quedas; no los retenemos y no hay nada que migrar.

Our own reusable methods, templates, teaching materials and internal tooling remain ours, and this site's text, design and code remain ours. Training materials given to you during a Socrates engagement may be used freely inside your business, but not resold or published as a course. Nuestros métodos reutilizables, plantillas, materiales de enseñanza y herramientas internas siguen siendo nuestros, y el texto, diseño y código de este sitio siguen siendo nuestros. • Give us accurate information about how your business actually works. A workflow built on a wrong assumption fails quietly, which is the worst way to fail.Danos información precisa sobre cómo funciona realmente tu negocio. • Keep your own accounts, credentials and billing with third-party tools in good standing.Mantén al día tus propias cuentas, credenciales y facturación con herramientas de terceros.

Where we build systems that message your clients, you approve every template before anything sends, and the messages go out as you, from your accounts. You remain the sender in the eyes of your clients and of the law. We build the mechanism; the content and the decision to send are yours. Cuando construimos sistemas que envían mensajes a tus clientes, tú apruebas cada plantilla antes de que se envíe algo, y los mensajes salen como tuyos, desde tus cuentas. 8. PerceptFolio

PerceptFolio is research and analytics software. It is not investment advice. It is not a broker or a dealer, it does not execute orders, it does not hold client funds, and it does not make personalised recommendations. Any figure, ranking, backtest or signal it produces is historical or hypothetical information for research context only. PerceptFolio es software de investigación y analítica. Our work connects to tools run by other companies, including n8n, messaging and email providers, and whatever software you already use. Their availability, pricing and terms are theirs, not ours. If one of them changes or breaks, we will help you adapt, but we can't be responsible for their behaviour. We do our work carefully, but no automation is perfect and no software is free of faults. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data or lost business opportunity. We may update these terms as the business changes. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the law of Ecuador, and the courts of Quito have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law where you live says otherwise.
